It thus acquires an exceptional character in which we find the nobility of its elaboration.
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Deep gold hue.
Nose: Initially discreet, then aromas of pastries, marzipan, and a salty character appear.
Palate: The attack is generous, revealing buttery aromas and a hint of exotic fruit through pineapple. The effervescence is sweet and well-accompanied by a saline finish.
