A salmon pink color, with a coppery hue, is expressed here with pretty orange highlights. The overall effect is bright, clear, pleasing to the eye and elegant.
Nose:
The initial nose is cradled by an expression of small red fruits such as wild strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry.
Upon aeration, this profile is enhanced by both the freshness of floral notes, ranging from freshly picked rose to dried red flowers, and the indulgence of caramel candy.
A harmonious bouquet that invites us to continue tasting.
Palate:
The palate offers a moderate and consistent effervescence. The elegant and balanced overall effect transports us directly to this fruity world, in harmony with the nose, this time led by ripe plum and mirabelle plum.
A hint of juicy mango develops, delicately enveloping the structure of this wine. The finish, with a beautiful length, is carried by a delicate bitterness with a fresh and thirst-quenching character.
